SANDSPEED Tips and Tricks Guide

SANDSPEED: CAMEL RACING is a fast arcade racing game where clean movement matters more than complicated controls. To win races and time trials, you need to keep momentum, collect useful boosts, avoid hazards, and take smoother lines through the dunes.

Keep Your Camel Moving Smoothly

The fastest way to lose time is to oversteer. Make small steering adjustments instead of jerking the stick left and right. Smooth movement helps you stay on the racing line and avoid unnecessary speed loss.

Collect Watermelons Whenever Safe

Watermelons are an important part of SANDSPEED because they act as speed-boosting pickups. Grab them when they are on your route, but do not crash or take a bad line just to collect one.

Do Not Brake Too Late

Even though SANDSPEED is an arcade racer, braking still matters. Slow down before sharp turns, hazards, and crowded sections instead of trying to correct your direction after you are already off-line.

Use Boosts On Straights

Boosts are most useful when your camel is already facing forward. Using a boost while turning can make you harder to control, so save it for straights or clean exits after corners.

Learn Each Track Layout

Track knowledge is one of the easiest ways to improve. Remember where hazards appear, where watermelons are placed, and which corners need early braking. Better memory means better lap times.

Avoid Fighting The Terrain

Desert tracks can feel uneven and fast. Instead of forcing every turn aggressively, guide your camel with controlled steering and let the track flow. This keeps your speed higher through sandy sections.

Take Wide Entries Into Tight Corners

A wider entry gives you more room to turn and helps you exit faster. If you enter a corner too tight, you may need to slow down more or make a sharper correction.

Watch Your Rivals

Other racers can show you useful lines, but they can also block your path. Stay aware of nearby rivals and avoid getting trapped behind them when a cleaner route is available.

Practice Time Trials

Time trials are a great way to learn tracks without worrying about rival racers. Use them to practice braking points, boost timing, and watermelon routes.

Use Difficulty Options If Needed

If races feel too punishing, lower the difficulty while learning the basics. Once you understand the tracks and timing, increase the challenge again.

Do Not Chase Every Pickup

Some pickups are placed in risky spots. If collecting one makes you miss a turn, hit a hazard, or lose your racing line, it is often better to skip it and keep your speed.

Stay Calm Near The Finish

Many mistakes happen in the final stretch because players rush. Keep your line clean, avoid unnecessary steering, and use your remaining boost only when you have enough space.

Use The Pause Menu To Reset Your Focus

SANDSPEED allows pausing during offline play, so use it if you need a quick break. A short pause can help before a difficult time trial or a close final lap.

Replay Earlier Tracks For Easy Improvement

Going back to earlier races helps you build confidence and sharpen your movement. Cleaner runs on easier tracks prepare you for faster and more demanding courses later.
