The brand-new promo event program FUT Captains has been started on 8th of April in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team by revealing its Team 1, and will be followed for another week until 22nd of April by revealing new players and SBCs.
FIFA 22 FUT Captains features new upgraded FUT Captains cards that are for current select team captains or vice-captains, and FUT Hero Captains for retired select heroic captains or vice-captains are two types of player cards for past and present national team skippers with improved rating and attributes.
Like other events events in FIFA Ultimate Team, FUT Captains caused a slight market crash on FUT transfer market, especially on FUT Heroes cards. This is also expected to be happened again on coming Friday when the new FUT Captains Team 2 is releasing.
Leaks
As expected, the leaks appeared on social media channels like Twitter and Instagram prior to the release date of FUT Captains Team 2. These leaks include the following player cards:
- Tim Cahill (89)
- Christopher Trimmel (88)
- James Ward-Prowse (90)
- Dimitri Payet (90)
Team 2 Players
FUT Captains Team 2 players will be available from 15th of April in the packs and as SBCs/Objectives rewards. The complete player list will be revealed by FIFPlay at their FUT Captains section.
Confirmed FUT Captains and FUT Hero Captains Team 2 will be available here once it is revealed by EA.
