Necrosphere - Controls

Necrosphere Controls

Necrosphere is built around a strict two-button control idea. There is no normal jump button, no attack button, and no complicated combat layout. You move left and right, then use the world itself, plus later upgrades, to cross gaps, reach new areas, and survive its precision platforming rooms.

Additional Notes

Necrosphere's entire platforming design is based on limited inputs. You cannot jump whenever you want. Instead, the game uses gravity bubbles, environmental launchers, dash upgrades, breakable obstacles, and jetpack movement to create its challenge.

  • Left and right are the core controls, so precision comes from timing rather than button variety.
  • Gravity bubbles replace a traditional jump in many rooms.
  • Dash becomes available after getting the ballet outfit upgrade.
  • Gauntlets let you break certain rocks while dashing.
  • Jetpack movement uses both movement buttons and refills when you land.
  • The game is intentionally difficult, so repeated deaths are part of learning each room.
